The Technology Conference, held in coordination with the Organic Industrial Base (OIB) Commanders and Leaders Peer to Peer Conference, presents a forum for technology developers to meet Depot Maintenance Complex leadership to provide worldwide expeditionary logistics support as well as depot-level maintenance support for rebuilding, repair, engineering solutions and modifications.

The OIB is a collection of government-owned industrial facilities that includes arsenals, depots, shipyards, and manufacturing plants that meet critical military needs, such as ammunition production, equipment storage and disposal, and repair of weapons systems and defense equipment.
