Tucker Carlson’s long-awaited interview with President Trump is set to premiere at 8:55 p.m. ET when the presumptive Republican primary candidates take the stage for the first 2024 GOP presidential debate.
As The Gateway Pundit reports, Tucker Carlson released a tweet tonight announcing his interview with President Donald Trump and took aim at his former employer Fox in his announcement.
President Trump announced Wednesday morning that his interview with former Fox News host Tucker Carlson will air tonight at 8:55 Eastern on Twitter.
This interview will coincide with the first GOP presidential debate in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
President Trump opted out of the debate, knowing that the Fox News host and the rest of the GOP challenger were waiting to rain attacks on him.
The Republican debate will take place tonight in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and will be hosted by Fox News. Fox News is furious that Trump is skipping their debate. The anti-Trump channel went so far as to ban their surrogates from the media room after the debate.
so fantastic! While Tucker and Trump far outstrip Fox News viewership, the entire debate will consist of the candidates talking points around Trump.
Trump said he would not participate in the debate because his polling numbers were “extraordinary”. Why would he leave himself open to attacks from unscrupulous candidates and so-called middlemen?
Trump said of his decision to skip the primary debate, “Reagan didn’t do it, and neither did the others.”
For a long time now, Trump has led primary opponents in the polls by 30, 40 and even 50 points. Each indictment of the hardline Biden regime has only made him more popular.

Tucker: Whatever happened to Mike Pence? He is there attacking you. What is that?

Tucker: You are saying that last time they stole it from you. Why won’t they do the same this time?
TRUMP: Well, they’ll try. They’re going to try. Mitch McConnell is trying to get the senators to impeach me. Crooked Joe Biden is very bad. He is the worst president in the history of our country. I don’t think he’ll make it to the gate but you know, you never know.
Tucker: It started with protests against you and then it has reached impeachment twice and now impeachment. Are you worried that they will try to kill you? To be honest why wouldn’t they try to kill you?
Trump: They are wild animals. These are the people who are sick.
