Leading retailer Reliance Retail on Thursday announced the launch of its youth-centric fashion retail format, Usta, with the opening of its first store at Sarath City Mall here.
With a contemporary technology-enabled store layout, Yousta offers high-fashion at affordable prices targeted to young consumers, states a company press release. For example, all the products are priced below Rs.999, with most of them priced below Rs.499.
Speaking on the launch, Akhilesh Prasad, President & CEO, Fashion & Lifestyle, Reliance Retail, said that Yusta is a young and dynamic brand that embodies a way of life that will grow and evolve with the youth of this country.
“The team will continuously work with the young generation of India to understand their evolving fashion needs. Every day will be a ‘first day’ in terms of freshness and relevance. USTA will not only give a voice to the youth but also give them the freedom to express themselves. , because for us, they are absolute stars,” he said.
The Usta outlets will have multiple tech-touch points, including QR-enabled screens for information sharing, self-checkout counters and charging stations, the release said.
Yousta has partnered with a non-profit organization to allow customers to donate old clothes to the store and use them for community events.
The brand’s range is now available at its first store in Hyderabad and can also be accessed online through Ajio and JioMart.
