When I was on my keto retreat in Italy, I had time to help teach the group keto survival tips and tricks. One question was, “What are your favorite keto snacks to pack on a long flight?”
I told him about my favorite healthy keto snacks and I also told him that my kids love these Churro Pork Rinds that we buy from Amazon.
Nancy, who was visiting with me, suggested that they would make a perfect crust for cheesecake and she was absolutely right!
Where to Find the Ingredients for No-Bake Churro Cheesecakes
In case you haven’t noticed, I don’t allow advertising on my site.
I didn’t agree with some of the products that were advertised. They were keto products, but they were unhealthy and I personally would never eat most of the products. It was hard to say no to blog ads; They pay thousands of dollars a month, but I felt uncomfortable putting products I didn’t recommend on their website.
Instead, I’ve put together a shopping list where you can find all the healthiest ingredients that are hard to find at the grocery store (and if you do find them, they’re often very expensive).
I did a lot of detective work and found the lowest prices on all the products I use and love. Everything from food, pantry items, kitchen tools, supplements and skin products is on my list.
I rarely waste time at the grocery store because I can find everything online at a much better price!
All you have to do is click on the words in my recipe and it will take you straight to the correct item. If you add them to your cart I get a small commission which helps me keep practicing the recipes (recipe experimentation can cost me a lot!…but I love helping! ).
I also have great holiday gift ideas on my list!
Happy shopping and thank you for all your support!!!

Doesn’t Vito look amazing???? He changed his health in just 6 monthsVito is a chef in Canada and the first photo is from my keto retreat to Greece last fall. Her after photo is from my keto Bali retreat!
He still makes delicious food, he’s still a “foodie” but he changes his recipes to be keto! He’s the one who showed me the recipe for protein noodles made with gelatin, water and dried egg whites! He even made squid ink pasta out of it!
