Attorney General Ken Paxton is the man who has stood up to the Democrat-Marxist onslaught in the great state of Texas. Democrats and secret sleeper republican Hate him for it.

Republican-led Texas House in May Impeachment The highly publicized Attorney General Ken Paxton on allegations of misconduct.

The 20 articles cover “bribery, disqualification for office and abuse of public trust” – according to associated Press,

Paxton has been placed on administrative leave pending the results of the Senate trial.

The impeachment comes after Paxton called on Republican House Speaker Dede Phelan to resign and accused him of getting drunk in the Capitol.

“After much deliberation, it is with the utmost sadness that I ask Speaker Dede Phelan to resign at the end of this legislative session. Texans were dismayed by his performance while presiding over the Texas House in an apparently debilitating state of intoxication. His conduct negatively impacted the legislative process and was a failure in his duty to the public, Paxton said in a statement.

Here is video of Dead Felon where it appears that he is intoxicated:

Ken Paxton was Impeachment (85 R to 64 D) by the Republican-led House and would be suspended effective immediately.

For final removal, it would need a 2/3 vote in the Senate.

Paxton said in a statement that the events that unfolded were illegal, unethical and grossly unjust. He expressed optimism for a quick resolution in the Texas Senate, where he believes the process will be fair and just.

“I am deeply grateful for the support of the millions of Texans who believe that what we just witnessed is illegal, unethical and grossly unjust. I look forward to a speedy resolution in the Texas Senate, where I have every confidence that the process will be fair and impartial,” Paxton wrote,

On Thursday, attorney Tony Buzby—”one of the most successful trial lawyers in the country”—issued a statement, as stated in the reply, in support of the motion to dismiss Articles IX and X.

Read the full statement:

“After five months of investigations in both the Texas House of Representatives and the Texas Senate, interviewing more than a dozen witnesses and reviewing nearly 300,000 pages of documents, two special prosecutors have been charged with taxpayer funding to locate Ken Paxton. A blank check was handed over the expense. Bribery can’t be traced to anyone – because it never happened.

Clearly, the most effective and most conservative state attorney general in the country has been out of office for nearly three months while impeachment managers and his pro-Biden- and Democrat-related aides, paid for by taxpayers, search for evidence of bribery. But House is now forced to admit that they cannot find it.

It’s not just news discouraging their endeavour; This is positive news. This is positive news because the entire impeachment leads from this. It is now imperative for the Senate to consider:

If not a bribe, there was no whistle to blow.

After all this effort and wasted taxpayer money, we are left with “one story”. […] Full of sound and fury, that doesn’t make any sense.” The Texas Senate must for several weeks refuse to engage in prosecution political theater, trying to figure out that the case they’ve already accepted doesn’t even exist. This whole issue is nothing but a sham and it must end now.

Attorney General Ken Paxton has neither sought nor accepted bribes, and the House managers’ slanderous allegation to the contrary is baseless, no matter how many times they repeat it.
