difference in taste
I bought the Lemon Lime flavors of both the brands and tried both. I definitely like Redmond’s Relite Hydration the best. I added the recommended amount of water to each brand and made sure they mixed well.
I could not stand the liquid IV mixture. It was almost too tart and not sweet enough. It doesn’t mind if you usually like it, but the flavor of it also gives off a weird aftertaste.
However, this is only my opinion about the taste, there have been other reviews where the person has liked the taste of the Sugar-Free Liquid IV.
Raymond’s Lemon Lime has a smoother and mildly sweeter flavor than Liquid IV’s Lemon Lime. I have also tried all the flavors of Redmonds and enjoy them all.
